Here's a description of the member services available to members at BidWerX.com Online Auctions with links to access these services. Click here to go to Buyer Services Login User Profiles - View and enter comments about a user. View results for Lot - If you know the specific lot number of the auction you wish to view the results for, enter its number. View Auctions you have participated in - Use this option to see a list of auctions you have placed bids for. You may also view the results of closed auctions. Edit/Update Your Information - Use this option to change your information such as address, phone number, and e-mail address.
Click here to go to Seller Services Login View Your Statistics - View a statistical representation of your activity as a seller at this site! Total lots places, total sold, etc. Very Informative! Add an Item to the Auction - Submit a new item to the auction specifying category, price, quantity, starting date and time, length of auction, and entering a description of the item(s). Edit A Current Auction - Edit a currently active or pending auction. Please note that all updates are time and date stamped. Close an Auction Early - Choose an auction from a list of your currently active auctions to close early. Relist Auctions - Relist a previously closed auction. Note that relisted auctions are assigned NEW lot numbers. List Your Auctions - List all auctions submitted by you and their current status. Bid History/Bidder List - View the complete bidding history of one of your closed auctions. Shows top bidders and bid amounts. Item Status - Have the current status(es) of your item(s) sent to your registered e-mail address.
Click here to go to General User Services Login Update Your Information - Edit your name, address, telephone, organization and payment types accepted, e-mail address, or change your password. Open/Edit A Billing Account - Open a billing account using a valid credit card, or update the information listed on your existing account. If you choose not to open an account, you will receive monthly invoices by mail (only for months with activity). View Account Activity/Status - View current charges towards your account and current balance due. Amounts owed are billed at the end of each month. Personal Shopper - Select or de-select the categories to receive updates on when new items are added to the auction. Please make sure the e-mail address currently listed in your personal information is valid. Receive Your Personal Shopper Update - Use this option to receive your Personal Shopper Update via e-mail. Payment Center - Make payments towards your account online with our payment center!
