BidWerX.com Online Auctions presents an unique and fun way to buy and sell antiques, collectibles, computers, electronics, toys and more online. It's simple, fast, fun, and a great way to meet people; and at the same time find what you want and sell what you don't want.

All you have to do to participate is to complete the registration process. Then place your items in the auction and sit back and let us do the rest. We'll notify you when your online auction closes and notify you as to the status of the items, sold or not.

We feature four types of auctions, Regular, Dutch, Reserve, and Private. BidWerX.com online auctions are a standard 3 to 14 day auction where bids are placed until the auction closes and a winner (or winners) is determined. Go to Auction Types and Rules for more details.

Buyers & Sellers:

Let us take away your fears of transactions online by providing you an alternative for concluding the sale with secure transaction exchangers that are available for all BidWerX.com registered Users.

Once an auction is complete, both the buyer (winning bid) and the seller will be notified by e-mail of the final auction status. Included in each notification e-mail is the other party's e-mail address. It will be up to the buyer and seller to arrange payment and shipment for the item. BidWerX.com is not involved in the transaction, but we always desire the best transaction possible for our members.

In the interest of your own security, you might want to consider using an escrow service. Escrow Services, which function as an objective third party, protect the buyer and the seller by collecting the money owed from the buyer and witholding it from the seller until the item has been received.

We recommend that the decision to use an Escrow Service be made BEFORE you bid on any item. If a seller does not accept credit cards or list an escrow service as a payment option, and as a buyer you would like to use an "Escrow-like" service, contact the seller PRIOR to placing a bid. All bids are final and binding. Attempting to alter the terms of the sale after an auction is over may at the very least result in negative feedback from the seller.

Please also note that the basic definition of a contract is an agreement between two or more parties, i.e. seller and bidder, which could be considered binding by many states and failure to comply could result in legal action between the buyer and seller.
